Healthy and Delicious Vegan Chocolate Cake Recipe

Vegetarianism is not a strange díєt, it is favored for a variety of reasons, including the fact that it aids in body purification. As a result, vegetarian meals are always evolving to accommodate the demands of everyone. However, until now, animal components such as butter, eggs, and milk have been used in pastries to αѕѕure a fatty taste. This makes it difficult for those who believe in the pastry díєt to stick to it. However, I’ve included a great vegetarian cake recipe for you to try.

Vegan Chocolate Cake is a recipe for a vegan pastry. This cake does not include any animal-derived ingredíєnts. Let’s make it!!!

INGREDIENTS

VEGAN CHOCOLATE CAKES:

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

550 g Self Raising Flour

1.5 tbsp Whíte Wine Vinegar

600 ml Almond Milk (or other dairy-free milk)

125 g Cocoa Powder

265 ml Vegetable Oil

450 g Light/Dark Brown Sugar

VEGAN THE FROSTING:

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

300g Dairy Free Spread

275 g Dark Chocolate

500g Icing Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

FOR THE CAKES:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C), prepare 3 8-inch cake pans, and line the bottom with parchment paper.

Step 2: In a bowl add flour, sugar, cocoa powder and mix well, you can filter the mixture through a sieve to get a fine powder

Step 3: Slowly add vanilla milk, oil, and vinegar to the flour mixture in step 2 and mix well. Make sure the mixture is smooth and well blended, but do not over mix.

Step 4: Pour the cake mixture in step 3 evenly into the 3 prepared cake molds, then bake in the oven for about 30 to 35 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean, the cake is cooked.

Step 5: When the cake is done, take it out of the oven and let it cool in the mold for 10 to 15 minutes, then remove the cake from the mold and let it cool completely on a wire rack. Pay attention to gentle manipulation because the cake is very soft and fragile.

Step 6: When the cake is completely cooled, put it in the refrigerator for about 10 to 15 minutes to make it easier to decorate.

FOR THE FROSTING:

Step 1: In a bowl, add chocolate using the water m̾e̾t̾h ̾od or the microwave to melt the chocolate until smooth. Let cool a bit.

Step 2: In another bowl add Dairy Free Spread and beat until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla and continue beating until the mixture is combined.

Step 3: Pour melted chocolate into the mixture in step 2 and beat until combined.

ASSEMBLE:

Step 1: Place the first piece of cake on the plate, then cover with ⅓ sauce Chocolate Frosting, then place the second cake on top and repeat the operation with the 2nd and 3rd cakes.

Step 2: Decorate the top layer with fresh fruits or and vegetables.

NOTES:

Cakes keep at room temperature for up to 3 days

You can use any dairy-free milk and any dairy-free milk.
