Soft and Delicious Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe

You’re getting bored of so many kinds of fatted-cakes? This is the Eggless Chocolate Cake recipe is a simple vegan recipe that vegans can make. The cake is made from simple ingre∂ιєnts and does not contain any animal ingre∂ιєnts but still has an amazingly soft and delicious taste. You won’t believe this Eggless Chocolate Cake is a healthy, whole-wheat vegan cake.



½ teaspoon baking soda

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 cup cold water

1 tablespoon lemon juice (swap with apple cider vinegar or whíte vinegar)

1 pinch salt

1 cup whole wheat flour (leveled)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla powder or ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence

¼ cup sunflower oil or any neutral tasting oil

120 grams or 1 cup all-purpose flour

¾ cup raw sugar or whíte sugar – 150 grams


¼ cup almond milk or any nut milk

¼ cup raw sugar or whíte sugar

1 tablespoon sunflower oil or any neutral tasting oil

3 tablespoons cocoa powder



Step 1: Preheat the oven to 392 degrees F (200 degrees C), prepare a round baking pan 7.5-inch diameter x 2 inch high, and oil sunflower side the entire mold surface.

Step 2: In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, salt, and baking soda, mix well, then filter the mixture through a sieve to make the dough smooth.

Step 3: In a small bowl add sugar and water, stir until the sugar dissolves, then add sunflower oil and stir quickly to combine completely.

Step 4: Add lemon juice and vanilla to the mixture in step 3 and stir until combined.

Step 5: Slowly add the dry flour mixture in step 2 and the mixture in step 3, then use a whisk to beat the mixture until blended, the dough will be a bit thin and not thick.

Step 6: Pour the cake batter evenly into the prepared mold, then gently tap the mold to let the air bubbles out.

Step 7: Bake the cake in the pre-prepared oven for about 35 to 40 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean, the cake is done. If baking on convection, start the oven at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 15 minutes. Then bake at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 30 to 35 minutes.

Step 8: When the cake is done, take it out of the oven and let it cool on a wire rack. After the cake cools, gently remove the cake from the mold and let it cool completely.


Step 1: Add the sunflower oil, almond milk, and sugar in a small saucepan over low heat and stir frequently until the sugar has dissolved.

Step 2: Add cocoa powder to the mixture in step 1 and keep the heat low while stirring and mixing until all cocoa powder is dissolved. Turn off the fire.
