3 oz flour
4 oz butter
1 oz cocoa powder
4oz caster sugar
2 packets of chocolate fingers
1 tub of Betty Crocker’s chocolate fudge frosting
your favourite chocolates and chocolate bars
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Line two 5 inch round springform pans with parchment. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, eggs and butter then mix well until combined.
Pour the batter into the two prepared pans.
Bake at 180 C until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove the cake and put it on a cooling rack until completely cooled.
Sandwich the cakes together with chocolate fudge frosting once they’ve cooled.
Apply frosting to the cake’s sides and stick chocolate fingers around the sides. Wrap a ribbon around the middle.
Cover the top of the cake with chocolate frosting.
Cut the chocolate bars into various sizes and lay them on the cake’s backside.
Add smaller chocolates to the cake’s front.
