This is the best chocolate cheesecake recipe you’ll ever try!
Chocolate Cheesecake is a rich, creamy cheesecake with chocolate cookie crust, cheesecake, ganache and whipped cream topping. This easy cheesecake is for true chocolate lovers!
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 1/4 Cup ground chocolate graham crackers
6 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
12 oz chocolate
2 lbs full fat cream cheese
1 Cup granulated sugar
3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla
Chocolate Whipping Cream:
1/4 Cup cocoa
1 Cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 Cup powdered sugar
1/2 Cup heavy whipping cream
10 oz chocolate
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, add the ingredíєnts and mix well until combined.
Then press into a prepared springform pan.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Turn on the oven at 300°F.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add chocolate and heat until melted.
Mix in the cream cheese for 3 minutes on medium.
Continue to add sugar into the mixture and beat well on low until it’s fully smooth.
Put in the cocoa, melted chocolate and vanilla. Mix them all on low and scr̾a̾p̾e ̾ the sides.
Add the eggs, beat well 30 secs after each addition until just combined
Bake for 50 -60 mins.
Remove the baked filling from the oven, let it cool for half an hour.
Then put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Bring the ream to a simmer and pour over the chocolate. Let sit for 5 mins to warm through.
Stir until smooth, pour over the chilled cheesecake and let it refrigerate.
Chocolate Whipped Cream:
In a medium bowl, add whipping cream, powdered sugar, cocoa and vanilla and beat until stiff peaks form.
Use a closed star tip to pipe all around the edge of the cake, then add chocolate jimmies for extra decorations.
