INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE CRUST:
2 cup Graham Cracker crumbs

2 cup melted butter

FOR THE CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE:

200g cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

200ml whipping cream

FOR THE MASCARPONE MIXTURE:

250g Mascarpone cheese

40g powdered sugar

200ml whipping cream

FOR THE APPLE FILLING:

1 cup canned apple pie filling

FOR THE TOPPINGS:

Caramel sauce

Peanut, crushed

DIRECTIONS:

TO MAKE THE CRUST:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9-ich square pan with parchment paper.

2. Mix the crumbs and melted butter together in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the tart pan.

3. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool completely.

TO MAKE THE CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE:

1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sugar until there are no clumps. Add the whipping cream and continue to beat until combined.

2. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the crust evenly and put it in the fridge for 45 minutes.

3. Take out of the fridge and spread the apple pie filling on top.

TO MAKE THE MASCARPONE MIXTURE:

1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the Mascarpone cheese and sugar until there are no clumps. Pour the whipping cream in and mix until incorporated.

2. Spread the Mascarpone mixture on top and put it in the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drizzle caramel sauce and crushed peanut on top, then slice and serve.
